L'emplacement, bien situé près des commerces

L'odeur de la cigarette dans la chambre. On en a parlé au personnel de la réception qui a été réactif et a mis tout en oeuvre pour faire disparaître l'odeur. Merci encore à lui

El ahotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal y la limpieza excelentes. Las camas muy cómodas. Y se agradece mucho, el recibidor con máquinas expendedoras que funcionan para tomar café o bebidas. Muy completo

No me gustó que la máquina de afuera para la recepción, no funcionará bien y no reconociera la reserva. Por suerte llegamos en hora que había personal, si no, no hubiéramos podido entrar a la habitación. Eso causa mucha preocupación. Ya que cuando estás en viaje, nunca sabes bien la hora de arribo
