Es war sauber und das Personal war sehr bemüht trotz Sprachbarierre. Man kann das Stadtzentrum von Saint-Brieuc sowie den Stand Plage des Nouëlles gut mit dem Bus erreichen. Fußläufig gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, sowie eine Boulangerie .

Der Eindruck ist, dass das Hotel etwas herunter bekommen ist. Eine Modernisierung wäre angebracht. Ich habe schon wesentlich bessere Hotels in vergleichbarer Lage und Preisklasse gesehen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, hatte eine sehr spartanische Ausstattung, keinen Wasserkocher, keinen Kühlschrank, wenig Ablagefläche im Bad. Einige Handtücher hatten Flecken, wurden aber an der Rezeption ausgetauscht. Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig.
