La personne de l’accueil était très sympathique et nous a bien conseillé pour notre repas du soir. La propreté était correct.

L’établissement tombe en décrépitude ! La chasse d’eau était cassée, heureusement que nous avions pris 2 chambres !🥴 Les lits étaient rouillés, un interrupteur de lumière cassé, le plafond tagué au dessus du lit des enfants, et je ne vous parle pas de l’odeur… En résumé : horrible !

Fuite du flexible de douche chambre 08. Lors de la réservation pas explicite que les chambres étaient 3+1 et non 2+2?

Rien

Tout est sale et vétuste On n'ose toucher a rien de peur de ce salir. Je n'imagine pas la propreté des draps mais je n'ai pas osé vérifier de peur de ne plus pouvoir dormir. L'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux. L'isolation est inexistante. La salle de bain est précaire. Impossible de régler l'eau chaude et froide. On a failli s'ébouillanter... Pour le p'tit dej rien n'était prêt le chocolat n'avait de goût que le nom. Et le personnel n'était pas très chaleureux de bon matin. Après on rappellera que le respect des autres est important au niveau sonore à 23h30 ou à 6h !!! Et je ne sais pas s'il faut rappeler que la place handicapé est réservée mais pas aux salariés de l'hôtel... Bref rien de bien n'est sorti de ce séjour hors mis que c'est la première et la dernière fois qu'on y ira. HOTEL A BANNIR
