Les toilettes laissaient à désirer, un petit nettoyage s'imposait. A part cela je trouve mon compte dans ce genre d'hôtel

Nothing! I was very sick on the way to the hotel.I sent a message at 16.47pm April 1st.They did not answer when I said We would be very late but where still coming to the hotel. I sent 5 emails to the hotel until 22.30pm -NO ANSWER..I called at 21.30pm to the hotel I tried to explain in English the girl/woman did not understand I even tried i French didnt help.She hung up.My wife and I where desperate.I am invalid and not in good health at all.We arrived. at 23.15pm -23.30pm the hotel was closed for the night we where locked out with nowhere to go.I had already paid online for the bed and breakfast in a invalid room close to the invalid car park that was my special request. So in the end we both ended up sleeping in the car.I was very sick and we both had no rest.We where frightened too two woman in a car sleeping in this day in age. This hotel should have made contact with me.Or reviewed the problem. with bookit.com.I would like our money back please as this whole problem was their fault not ours.You can check my phone if you wish for details including emails.All the info is here.Day 2.we arrived at same hotel chain but in Perpignan.We where made very welcome and gave us a very comfortable invalid room.Here we felt very comfortable.Very sad to say we never got to try Vierzon through. no fault of our own
