La gentillesse du réceptionniste

La vétusté de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de choses devraient être refaites. Interrupteur salle de bain. Ne parlons pas des extérieurs.

Le nettoyage de la chambre

Suite a un possible changement de dates de réservation j'ai pris contact avec l'hôtel comme indiqué dans le mail booking, le responsable était hyper agressif, me reprochant d'avoir réservé via ce site, la chambre, rideau de douche arraché donc à chaque douche il y a de l'eau partout, support papier toilette cassé, chasse d'eau cassée elle n'a jamais été réparée alors que je l'avais signalé, même pas un gobelet ou un verre pour se laver les dents, pas de bouchon dans le lavabo donc il faut laisser couler l'eau, le petit déjeuner est plus que spartiate et un des jours il n'y avait plus de beurre ils étaient périmé m a dit le responsable
