NOTHING!

The clerk was, rude, I did not get the room I paid for and she did not inform me before she accepted money and refused to accommodate, she seemed like a racist, made accusations about a stolen credit card until she realized it was mines, I was so disgusted I didn't sleep at the hotel, I left at 9 pm and that evening and returned at 11am the next day to retrieve my belongings

The toilet was not working properly. Informed the front desk and they told me that the maintenance staff did not work in the weekend. The elevator needed cleaning, the AC in the gym was not working . However the receptionist was excellent and very courteous.
