"Exceptional"

Stayed at this property for the seafood festival and it was perfect for a 1 night stay. There is plenty of free parking, and luggage carts. I was able to check in early and get settled in. I was informed at Checkin about the breakfast option for a charge and afternoon cocktails as well. The facilities were clean. The pool area was immaculate and the lounge chairs were wonderful. The rooms was clean and spacious but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The shower was hot, which I enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

"Go somewhere else!!!"

Worst Marriott property in America. This place should be condemned. Black mold all over our bathroom and bedroom. I can’t image what the air condition filter or bed looked like. The place smelled of urine too. I complained and Marriott added 4000 points to my account. Really, I can’t get a snickers for 4000 points. The location is great, but the inside “no bueno” Expect the worst and you won’t be disappointed. If you expect typical Marriott courtyard, no no no. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The breakfast was great! I had the French toast, it was very expensive 42.00 for 2 people.

The bathroom was dirty and I would assume there is mold somewhere because at one point my sinuses were so stopped up I could barely breathe.

"Comfortable but overpriced. Buggy Internet."

Great location, being close to the ocean, although the hotel offers no real views of the water. The hotel, however, is way over priced for what it offers, and I would not stay here again. There were no trash cans or recycling containers in the room, other than a small can in the bathroom. The Internet was poor and constantly disconnected, requiring me to log back in. The entertainment options were average. While I was initially excited for the "free" MAX offerred, every time I tried to access it, I received the message "unable to connect to the Internet". The rooms were comofrtable enough, but I would not stay here again.
