This hotel was in the perfect location to take a break from our long trip. It was far enough from the highway that it was in a quiet location. The room was set up nicely and had a full kitchen. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy There were plenty of restaurants close by and a Target shopping center. The staff was very nice as well. I would have choose excellent in everything however my only suggestion would be to change the mattress on the sofa bed it was quite uncomfortable.

In my first room, the toilet didn’t work. In the second, the garbage disposal was broken and the floors were sticky. Otherwise, it was an okay stay.

The TownPlaceSuites was a clean and comfortable hotel.Chris provided us with an easy check in and was very polite and professional.The breakfast was grab and go in the lobby and coffee was self serve.We enjoyed our stay and had a quick and easy check out thanks to Alexa.I would recommend this hotel!

"Wonderful stay "

I was spending Christmas in your hotel with my daughter ! The staff was very pleasant and the check in was quick and easy! The room was spacious, clean , and beds were comfy! The appliances were nice and in good condition . My stay was very quiet as well ! This was my second time staying here and will not be my last! The best hotel hands down in the Stafford area

"Good but a bit worn"

Staying at a hotel during Covid times is a bit nerve wracking, but this hotel did a good job with masks, cleanliness, and offering a bagged to go breakfast. The room was also very quiet and roomy. The only downside is that it was a bit shabby with worn carpeting and chair upholstery.

The service was outstanding but my room was stuffy even with the AC on. The room and AC units need updating.
