Amazing.

My room it was super dirty

Front seat clerk was outstanding

Overall the hotel was very good, expect few things the night shift front desk, he was very slow and no smile on face at all. Breakfast was not good, there were no different varieties of food, And parking was also by pay.

The view from our room was amazing. 10th floor suite can't beat it. The location could not have been better. Our Girls Night trip was everything and more by staying here.

Valet would be a great asset.

It's a very nice hotel. Our room was surprisingly large; I didn't realize I'd reserved a suite with two separate bedrooms! It was perfect for us... my wife and I stayed in one room and my two daughters stayed in the second room. It really was like a small 2-bedroom apartment. The entire place is very clean, with a friendly and accommodatingly helpful staff.

The continental breakfast is a bit small but it has the waffle maker machines (which we always love); it's enough to fill your stomach until you have lunch. The entrance to the parking garage is a challenge, and when we were there the garage's elevator wasn't working which sucked when it came to lugging our stuff down the stairs from the fourth level. Also, one of the hotel elevator doors was excruciatingly slow to close... it took as long to close as it took to take the ride up to the 12th floor.

The Good The lobby and rooms are comfortable and kept up. The Bad Front desk staff competence and friendliness is hit and miss. You get a mixed bag of people on the weekend, some look like transients. Smell of marijuana in the elevators. Local transients who are not guest are allowed into the breakfast area for a nominal fee of $5 Parking entry has a very tight corner , chance of scraping your rims or door Parking entry gate not opening with hotel key, despite repeat re-keys, no entry ticket possible and parking garage attendant couldn’t give a care to help. Parking garage elevator not working. Weirdos/homeless hanging out in the parking structure

Horrible check-in experience. Poor management with A. Outbichon in charge who was unwilling to be flexible enough to allow my child to get into the room while I sorted out an issue with having an additional name on the reservation. Learn customer service for customers who have been loyal to Bonvoy for a decade.

Good stay. Good location for a dance competition at the Sac Memorial Auditorium. Honestly...the parking and the breakfast made this hotel stay better than most I have tried in Sacremento. And the LOCATION IS CLUTCH.
