"It was pleasant , convenient and quiet."

I loved the fitness room ! The equipment was updated and in excellent conditions for an optimum work out the court yard with the heated pool and the hot tub were superb. It was quiet and clean. It was my favorite area of the facility. Thank you for keeping the hot tub ready for use.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable, good neighborhood with friendly helpful staff. Love this place

Breakfast was not good. We didn't eat any of it. No coffee at 830am... Watery scrambled egg... Sponget Lukewarm sausage. Just not good. Only complaint.

"Overall good hotel but customer service can be improved"

We recently stayed here. Hotel is clear and located centrally in the midtown neighborhood of Sacramento. The Saturday farmer's market is about 10 min walk away and there are restaurants toward the farmer's market area. Note that parking is $25. Sometimes the management staff has an attitude. We had a question about the bill, and the response was "what's the problem?" When customers want a clarification, it should be received with openness.
