Hotel is very nice, clean and good location. Recommend dinner at Jesse’s if you go. Staff is great so friendly.

Very nice property: clean well kept, great staff and service

Good location

The shower curtain rod was damaged. Eventually I discovered a USB charge port in the alarm clock, but was initially miffed by the lack of one at any of the electrical outlets. Also, the TV remote was badly unresponsive…maybe I should have requested they replace the batteries? Also, no bar soap in bathroom sink? Others had to request the same??

Staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. But the fact that complimentary breakfast was not served ended the stay on a negative note. For the cosst of the room, at least a muffin and a cup of coffee could have been included. Instead, overpriced entrees and dried out pastries were all that were available. Not even free coffee in the lobby. Tacky.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The public spaces were also lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked the room for accessibility as my family member is disabled. She was not able to use the shower/bath tub as it was not designed for a person with a disability. A walk/roll in shower should be the option for this room. Grab bars are not enough. This issue needs to be addressed.

Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone on staff was personable including Camila in housekeeping. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
