Fairfield Inn & Suites Greensboro Wendover

This was the most comfortable place I've ever stayed. It was like an apartment, with two televisions. It was furnished beautifully, exceptionally clean, plenty of clean towels, a nice large desk with a comfortable office chair. A small couch and armchair were in a separate area serving as a living room. The bed was great and plush, with extra blankets in the large closet. The room has a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast had a huge variety of items that were pretty decent for a "continental breakfast." The location is adjacent to lots of stores, eateries. and bars. I was very pleased

We sent a message on the first night requesting additional pillows, however the message wasn't answered. I went to the front desk the next morning and asked for pillows and advised they could then disregard the message, they finally responded at that point. The pool was advertised as heated, however it was freezing. There was a fire alarm that went off at 2:00 am on Sunday, we had to evacuate the room but there was no direction or communication from the hotel regarding the cause. Our tub drain wouldn't shut, to hold water. Our sink drain wouldn't lift, we manually had to move the silver piece underneath the sink. The hotel was clean, other than the stuff mentioned above it was an okay stay.

The "hot breakfast" was powdered eggs, biscuits and gravy.. with regular continental breakfast items. Not great. Arrived at 9 pm.. got settled/ unpacked and tried taking a shower...but NO Hot water.. had to repack and move the family up to 3rd floor.

Friendly Staff, Clean Hotel, Nice Breakfast which changed out the main offerings daily in order to give a varied selection. This hotel has a smaller swimming pool and gym. Several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. My only criticism worked be that the AC evaporator coil in our room needs to be cleaned as it gave our room a musky odor.

It was amazing, front desk was incredibly patient and helpful 👌 the breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean. Made the trip for my concert all the more worthwhile .

This location is consistently clean and the staff is welcoming and upbeat. We arrived late-ish last night and James was as upbeat as if it were 9am. He took the trouble to want to pronounce our name correctly (and did it better than anyone.) The point being that this detail that so many glide over was important to James. I think this interaction sums up the general work ethic and demeanor of the staff and reflects directly on the level of customer service you can expect.

Easy place to stay while visiting family Breakfast was good and especially for sensitivity to food allergies or preferences Staff was really friendly and helpful at checkin

This was great visit. The hotel was clean. The staff was super friendly and over the top generous. Definitely will be back
