Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Edison - South Plainfield

Well this happened I booked this through BRING Fido So this is a 2 part fault Drove 10 hours for there approx 7 pm I went in to check in myself Left everyone in car Ok 2 rooms I get key Oh fyi I don’t hear that well but I know the woman at the counter was grumbling when she asked me for my Cc ( yes I was tired and probably looked cranky but oh yes my dear I heard your grumbling ( as did I return the non existent greeting ) Ok I got keys Walked RIGHT PAST THEM to bring my dogs to the room with my family We settled in I walked the dogs outside again had to pass the front door Then my hubby and I went down for tea approx 1015 pm or earlier we sat right across from front desk then Miss sunshine came to tell us we had to leave because no dogs allowed on property We were like huh Mind you I booked through BRING FIDO BUT TO my surprise on bring Fido external links popped up I booked rooms And got a confirmation email through bookings with the BRING FIDO LOGO SO AT APPROX 1015 pm they made us leave hotel We packed up AND THEY INSISTED we show them the dogs exiting the front door Again I had to call over here are the dogs Because her and her co worker were again engaged in convo I won’t assume but it was trying to avoid eye contact with me AT NOT ONE POINT DID I YELL I said were are we going yo go ?

Refrigerator didn’t work. Need it for medication

Room was clean but not worth the amount paid

Palce is very safe location

I absolutely love this hotel. Definitely thinking about coming back. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcomed and I’ll be coming here in the future and the rooms are very nice !!!!

5 star staff. They are renovating, updating. Rooms are always clean. Quiet. Close to a lot of things but hidden. I look forward to visiting each trip.

Does not have proper maintenance

Very conveniently located hotel just off the I-287 road, not far from US1,Garden State Parkway and NJ Turnpike. The hotel has been renovated since our last visit and greatly improved in appearance. There is still a lot of construction equipment in the parking area but it doesn’t impede anything. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast area was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Accessibility and housekeeping was really great.

Every thing is perfect except side walk.It is not convenient to walk around
