The breakfast was very good and staff was nice, also liked shuttle svc to airport

I reserved deluxe king room, handicapped accessible and with bathtub. I don't think I got that, even though I was told I did. The room was so small we couldn't even open both of our suitcases at the same so I'm sure a wheelchair would t have fit (thankfully we didn't have one) and there was no tub at all. Even though there was breakfast, there was no restaurant or snack bar, just assorted junk food snacks in the lobby and nothing nearby. We walked 10 minutes to the closest restaurant in the neighborhood ( the only one around thus the only choice). It was good but expensive and I'm glad it was still daylight so we didn't have to find it in the dark. I don't feel like I got my money's worth and won't be staying here again.

The staff were absolutely amazing !!!! Unfortunately a female “friend” of mine gave the lady at the front desk a hard time and it absolutely ruined my stay . I apologize to the female Staff member who had to deal with with my unhinged “friend “. The guy two guys that work the day and morning were AWESOME! One of the guys was from upstate NY that worked the front desk. I wish I could remember his name because he was extremely nice . The manager was super nice too and I appreciated him .

The hot water barely worked , the room temperature is difficult to adult from heat to cool. There was no bathroom! I had never been to a hotel with out a bathtub . Even crackhead hotels have bathtubs .
