Entire staff is great. They are working hard to make this hotel fabulous while they improve themselves. The hotel is spacious, uncomfortable well decorated. The pool and Jacuzzi are fully functional. The meeting rooms work.. they’ve gone to a lot of work to upgrade all the Internet services so you can get work done and stay connected with your family.

Customer service was outstanding, very accommodating to our needs. Staff was very kind and friendly with our toddler at breakfast.

On my check in, I’m a Bonvoy member, they couldn’t find my number and stated that when I checked out, they would find it, so unprofessional. Got to my room, toilet wasn’t working, I had to rush out for a wedding, hot water worked for only a few minutes, I’ll never stay there again, doesn’t meet the standards of the company.

I stayed at the Courtyard during a recent trip and was very impressed with both the staff and the amenities. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and attentive. Carolina, the manager, was outstanding she made herself available whenever I had a question and ensured that everything about my stay ran smoothly.

did not have the breakfast the pool was busy on the saturday but on the sunday all the kids cleared out and so we loved the pool and the jacuzzi, loved the big comfy beds but the shower pressure could have been a little stronger the staff were however, really great, there was a power outage and the guy on the front desk, handled it really well, he did not get his knickers in a twist at all and could not check anyone in or out, we could not order our uber, so he rang for a taxi, well done to him

Clean and convenient! Even with a late-night check-in, Vesh was lovely and efficient in getting us squared away. The room was spacious and solid amenities including the cafe and marketplace for essentials and snacks. Parking was easy and still found a spot arriving late.
