"Excellent"

Remote and central. My kids enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast seating is exceptional. However you have to arrive early. I arrived early and noticed by the time I was finished with my breakfast the lobby was full. With mainly what looked like snowboarders. So maybe an odd weekend or maybe that’s what this hotels for and if so it shows. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Upset about the wifi not working but front desk made it right with their customer service. Overall great job!

"Pick Another Hotel!"

Glasses were dirty and bathroom sink and faucet were covered in old toothpaste spit. Fridge didn't work. AC was so loud. The cops showed up late one night because of delinquents that were allowed to stay after threatening guests and smoking pot in their room disrupting the entire hotel. Never again. Such a huge disappointment for a Marriott property but the front desk staff didn't seem to care.

Overall clean and convenient location.

Staff are unpleasant, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The folks at the front desk provide lackluster arrival greeting and information. The employee managing the breakfast area was unprofessional and was verbally, emotionally, and physically upset that guest eating breakfast were making a mess and using the wrong utensils to serve the food. I was embarrassed for both the employee and the guest with children that were trying to serve their breakfast. Decent hotel, but I would not stay at this location again due to the employees

"Great hotel at great location"

What a great hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. It is next to the mall so there were lots of different food options. We left behind some airpods and they sent them to us overnight and made it so easy to get the back. They were amazing

"No Hot Tub"

The room had a very odd layout. You can see the TV from the bed and the couch that viewed the TV was uncomfortable. Very clean. There is no hot tub (the only reason we booked here)
