Staff were amazing. They provide bottled water and Milano cookies upon check in. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. The vouches take forever to order from and they are confusing.Everything has to be hand punched in by the barista and the line was long. You can't customize anything so not great for allergies. Ordering from a coffee shop isn't my idea of a "premium hot breakfast" as was advertised when I booked the room. You need a buffet style breakfast so everybody can get what they want.

The breakfast needs a major re-do. Too complicated and too much work for the barista to have to type in all the orders. You need a buffet style breakfast where people can pick and choose what they want.
