SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cedar City

The location was excellent and the staff was very nice.

The room layout was all angles. The couch, which was also a sofa bed and day bed and not the sectional pictured on the site, was hard as a rock and we could barely sit on it. We were thinking of staying an extra night but instead moved on to stay elsewhere. We can’t believe west elm designed a couch that was so atrociously uncomfortable. The refrigerator kept making noises all night making it hard to sleep. The doors are so close to one another that everytime the neighboring guests would come or go we could hear the door banging and the people talking as if they were in the room with us. The towels were horrible. Breakfast was the same thing every day of our stay and ended at 9:15 every morning. The room was also really dark despite multiple light sources. We had high hopes based on other reviews, but now cannot imagine staying at this hotel ever again.

It was adequate.

There was one glass by the ice bucket that was not cleaned. The shower head needs to be replaced.

We stayed in a double queen suite and it was wonderful. Very clean very comfortable lots of room for 3 adults and a dog.

We love the entire facility as well as the location and staff. There was a lot of selection for breakfast and the coffee was great too.

My husband & I only use the free coffee & did not eat a breakfast. Best part was the upscale amenities & location within walking minutes of the area..

We would have enjoyed the breakfast if it had been included. But that's okay.

Designated Rv parking spots in back. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.
