The hotel and location were great, very quite. The breakfast was awesom!

The pool looks A LOT bigger than in the pictures. But it worked for my grandson since we were the only ones using it during our visit.

The airconditioning in our room did not work. We awoke cold in the middle of the night, despite setting the thermostat in the comfortable zone.

Despite the housekeeping issues, there were some positives. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was good, and the suite itself was spacious and comfortable. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

Unacceptable Cleanliness for the Price. I was very disappointed with my stay, mainly due to the poor housekeeping. The cleaning staff consistently came around 3 PM instead of in the morning. I would return to my room around 2 PM expecting it to be cleaned, but the beds were not made and there were no fresh towels. The most frustrating part was the lack of proper cleaning. Even after housekeeping came, the room was not vacuumed properly. I stayed for four nights, and there was the same pieces of garbage on the floor the entire time, which clearly shows the room was not being cleaned thoroughly. Paying $160 per night for a dirty room is unacceptable. I expected much better standards from this hotel. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
