Location

My room was never cleaned during my stay. The floor was wet. When I reported it to the front desk, nothing was done. The refrigerator did not working properly. When I called the front desk to report the wet floor and to ask to have the room cleaned, my concerns were never followed up my items in the fridge soiled. The Internet was down very often and when it was "working", the speed was super slow. . I had to call customer service for the internet provider to assist me with the internet but none of the remedies were helpful. I called to inquire if the a manager could help me with some type of compensation due to my absolute dissatisfaction, and he never followed up with me. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had st a Marriott/Fairfield in ever.
