"The stay was overall was good just somethings in the hotel needs to be updated and throughly checked"

The breakfast, the pool

Front desk lady was kind of rude. My partner asked if there was coffee in the pots across from the front desk and she responded, does it look like it’s some right there. He was a little thrown off by her response. Also, in the room some of the trash cans were missing trash bags, utensils packet in room were open, and there was no hot water in the shower.

"The hotel itself was nice for the price, however could use some renovations we had no hot water for for the entire stay"

I was thrilled with the hospitality of the front desk. We needed early check-in, and it was no problem. We needed late check-out, no problem. Very friendly. The room was amazing! Comfy and spacious! Breakfast was good! It's located close to the Mall.

The pool was a little cloudy, and the hot tub was only half full, so the bubbles were aggressively spraying everywhere.

The hotel is nice. Prime location with the mall and everything around it. Complimentary breakfast was great. Indoor pool was an added bonus as well as the gym.

I didn't like that I paid thru the BOOKING.com app, but the hotel kept trying to charge my card even though I had already paid for both my rooms
