"Perfect for business, everything I needed was right there. Other guests were respectful/pleasant."

Clean, convenient, total package in the room EXCEPT, no ice for 24 hours!! and TV picture was almost black. I reported both, and the day manager was very understanding and caring.

THE MATTRESS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IN 219. It totally slants towards the bathroom, terrible.

I asked for non-accessible room and was told they were all sold out even after my request was returned as granted. Then put in a room where all you could hear was the dryer from the guest laundry. Was given another room and it was fine.

There are no signs to direct you - to elevators, pool, lobby, front desk, etc. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have signs. It was hard to get your bearings as halls were short and no directions.
