The spacious rooms and the friendly staff

Sometimes at night it was hard to find parking

I didn't like anything, the service was terrible. I booked a room, but when I arrived at the reception desk, they told me they had no rooms left. I had booked the room in advance, so I had to pay again and find a room in another hotel.

I didn't stay there overnight, I don't know what it's like there, and the fact that I couldn't even get into my room makes it clear that the place is an "hotel" in name only!!

The hot water in my room didn't get as hot as like I was wanted to be

It needs some maintenance. The tack strips were bare and cut my foot. The staff seemed disinterested.

a little outdated and blamed 3rd third-party booking for not getting the fireplace offered in the description. I am still a member, but regardless, I think it means to take things depending on the booking method, with payment still guaranteed. If not booked through Marriott, Booker may not get what they think they booked. They say to call.smh who would know that?
