Renaissance Wuhan

Staff are friendly and the room is clean. I always stayed in this hotel when I travelled to Wuhan. Overall environment is good and especially the food around the neighbourhood. I would recommend this hotel if you are a first timer to Wuhan.

We had a nice big room with 2 beds. We did feel like in a western brand name hotel. Service at counter was good and doormen were good to get us taxi every time. Breakfast was good but the same every morning. The noodles were very well done. Service at breakfast was very good. Dinner service automatically added 15% service charge which was a surprise but service was very good. Would stay here again.

Hotel is good. Good price for the accommodation. However, they were remodeling their front door so it's kind of inconvenient to get taxi and drop off.

Excellent hotel and would stay there again if given a choice. The staff was polite, helpful, and fast-responding to any question or problem that we had. Many of the staff talked English which was very helpful. Laundry service was a bit expensive but with fast turn around. Beds were comfortable and room and bathrooms were clean. Towels were fluffy and large. Breakfasts were delicious and varied in items from local Chinese, to Japanese, to Western cooking. Concierge services were fast and on the spot. Overall, I would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.

overall, it was a very nice hotel,BUT. There was a Chinese Government meetings going on there. I was moved from my first room, which was too hot . to a different room that was too cold. When the Officials checked in to hotel, my friend and I were forced to go through security, X-ray our belongings and metal detectors. I would like to have been notified before I made my reservations or at least before I left. They did know before hand. I was told when I checked in. Under other circumstances, It may have been a great stay.

Wuhan continues to be a bit challenging to stay in for those of us who don't speak Chinese. This hotel makes it a bit easier. Staff mostly speaks English. Restaurants have a good mix of food. Very clean, nice hotel. -- Traffic in Wuhan is crazy no matter where you stay, but this hotel is surprisingly easy to get to/from.

Great room, very comfortable. Wide range of western food choices at the breakfast buffet - among the best I've seen in China. Check out process was quick. Location excellent for business in central Wuhan, but if business is in the Optical Valley then expect about an hour drive. Even so, the stay is worth the drive.

The staff was very helpful with my problem at the airport and trying to get my bag to me at the hotel. They never stop trying to find my bag. I appreciate that. In short it was a nice experience at your hotel and with your staff. Keep up the good work, I would stay at your hotel anytime. Thank you.
