We stayed at this hotel and that will be our last time! The hotel room above us was loud and keeping us awake. This was still going on at 1:30-2:00am. Finally called the front desk and there was no answer. Called again and no answer Got out of bed and went down to front desk. No one was there so I waited and even yelled hello several times. After 10 minutes went back to room with no help. Had to turn the air conditioner down so it would run all night to drown out the noise! Needless to say it was a cold sleepless night. Checking out next morning we told them of our night when they asked how our stay was. No sympathy just a “ Oh really? Should have been someone there.” I’m just glad it wasn’t a medical emergency! There was no concern for the safety and comfort of the guests at all. Horrible stay.

During Covid 19, it’s probably hard to judge. The room was not cleaned while I was there. They cut back staff. The air conditioning system needs work, I had to request clean towels for the second day. They did not have cafe service, and there was no one to Monitor the coffee...it was usually empty If you wanted caffeine. They did provide a grab bag breakfast.

"A nice place to stay"

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. There is a small but notable issue. The internet has connectivity issues; logging into Netflix through the hotel TV is difficult due to this problem. We made several attempts to watch a movie, but wound up turning it off after about twenty minutes because it just kept failing to stay connected. This is a relatively minor issue and it would not prevent me from staying at this location again. The included breakfast has many options with selections for almost any diet.
