Da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários

Nada a apontar.... estava num quarto em que a tv não funcionava, informei o funcionário que me deu de imediato outro quarto.Quando reservo quartos nestes hotéis é apenas por uma noite e não espero um quarto de um hotel de 5 estrelas, já conheço estes alojamentos.
