Main Street Lodge and Suites

Stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned the second night. Has to ask for clean towels. They stated they were short staffed and over booked. Breakfast was lame.

Purchased the room for visiting family friend, retired. He checked-in early and soon realized the reservation was on the 2nd floor. He asked for a 1st floor change but was denied. The facility was schedule to be full and no other rooms were available. (P.H. boat event weekend) Yet soo few guests were onsite / checked in, given it was early afternoon. A room swap would have gone completely unnoticed by any later arriving guest. The desk staff exercised a complete lack of consideration for a senior patron. The presence of an elevator would have mitigated the issue.

Our reservation was not on file when we arrived but the guy at the front desk was very helpful and took care of us. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner worked great. Overall a good place to stay and a great rate.

great people on check in and out.. fresh and clean. nicer feeling than a highrise. walked to river front for a great evening.

Great for the price, rooms were clean and location is walking distance to great restaurants downtown. The staff as friendly & helpful.

Person at desk was sleeping when we got there. Irresponsible didn't know what he was doing

Old hotel. The area is quite.
