Hotel molt ben situat, molt a prop de l'estació de metro i de centres comercials. Personal molt atent i servicial. Habitacions equipades amb tot allò necessari i neteja molt ben feta. Esmorzar molt complert i bo.

Hem anat a esmorzar una mica tard i ja s'havien acabat algunes coses.

She helped us find solutions for everything and was truly committed to making us feel at home. We had an excellent stay at this hotel, everything was perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The Mickey-themed room was fantastic, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families with children. The service was outstanding, with the entire team being attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist. A special mention goes to Nora Chen, who was truly exceptional throughout our stay. She was always smiling, kind, and professional. She took the time to explain everything to us and was especially lovely with our children, even offering them small souvenirs. This kind of attention really makes a difference. The location is also perfect, honestly it’s hard to find better. Overall, a top experience. We highly recommend this hotel.
