The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff is very responsive to any needs. I have to visit Delhi often and have stayed at other hotels in a similar price range and with similar amenities, but the staff at Justa makes the stay much better.

I have stayed at many hotels and the customer service displayed by the Justa was better than many 5 star hotels. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. They catered to every detail and even packed me a breakfast to go because I had such an early flight. I have already recommended Justa to my friends and plan to stay everytime I travel to Delhi.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My two most important criteria are cleanliness and WiFi availability. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The WiFi did not work as advertised. But, the staff was extremely helpful and let me use a personal WiFi USB stick, so everything worked out. It is a testimony to the helpfulness of the staff -- they are terrific.

Wifi didn't work at all. Reception lobby looks more like a vestibule. Restaurant at the facility and menu is very dissappointing. Surrounding neighborhood is very noisy.

Everything was great about the hotel, except for the "below average" breakfast... But no reason to complain as it is complimentary. :-) Will go back...

The hotel is well maintained & has all the necessary ingredients, including good food (going by the complimentary breakfast). BUT, the wi-fi didn't work. They needed to get technical assistance which didn't arrive till we checked out the next day. The room looked exactly as depicted in the pictures, but in reality is very, very small...:-))

Hotel is in good condition but there are some problems to find it even when you go there by Taxi so check it on the map before you arrive. Make a reservation VIA expedia.com - you will feel the difference....(I don't mention specific prices or room rates) :)

Hotel offers superb value for the Expedia rate. Not quite full Four Star performance but satisfying value for the price. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, clean and in a relatively peaceful section of Delhi. Delhi hotel prices are skyrocketing but this hotel offers real value. I stayed 7 nights over a 10 day period.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were indredibly helpful. The manager personally gave us advice on what to see and do and arranged for our tuk tuks, taxis and even negotiated rates for us so we avoided the standard foreigner prices. We were a little disappointed to learn that the business center was under construction along with the health club but the manager leant me his own laptop so I could check my work email. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend 'The Residence' to anyone.

This hotel was very clean and comfotable, the folks were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. The street is quite busy and it isn't close to the airport, but we wanted a clean and cool hotel and this was perfect. The dining room/restaurant remains open until very late and the food is great.
