"Centrally situated hotel with stunning views and a large pool (but do check times for availability)"

The location, the view and the swimming pool were great. The Beauty Spa was very good and the gym was excellent. The staff were very kind and responsive, particularly Candice, who was in charge of rooms.

There were some odd things in the room e.g. only one power point socket on one side of the king sized bed (though the staff kindly brought us extension cords when we asked). A large event was held around the pool on one night so the pool was closed from 3pm.

"Grace under pressure"

Staying here during the COVID crisis and the staff and management are doing their best to make the situation safe and comfortable. The food is quite good, facilities are kept very clean, and hotel staff are always helpful. It's not the ideal time to be in any hotel, but we made the right choice by choosing Sedona. Great location. The hotel grounds are green and beautiful, and Inya Lake is across the street.

One day after I have arrived. I was moved to another room due to « scheduled maintenance, » it wasn’t very convenient since I have already settled in my first room.
