Sedona Hotel Yangon

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, rooms are good as we stayed at the old wing. The location was great and the breakfast was superb! We will definitely come back to stay if we come back to Yangon perhaps would be good to check out at the new wing. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice hotel but there is no cleaning hose at the toilet

Sedona is close to Myanmar Plaza which is very convenient to the guest putting up over there. Close proximity to the Airport as well.

Very good value rooms. Food, however is very expensive. For example $20 for a buffet breakfast. Best to use the food court at the mall next door

The hotel is in good location . Service is excellent . Staff polite , willing & caring Telephone in the room doesn’t work . At first I had the room facing the shopping plaza . Too loud all night & early morning . They changed my room to a better one when I complained re noise

The check in service was good. The staff was friendly. Two things I had raised the complain to the reception during my stay. One was the room was not made up when I returned to the room at 3 pm. The other one was - hotel has compliment drink between 5 pm to 7 pm. I just needed to order one from the 4 choices. So on the same day since I was back to the room early, I ordered my hot chocolate at around 4:30 pm and I was expecting to get it at around 5ish. It didn't come at 5:15 pm so I called to check, the lady said will be sent in 15 mins. At 5:45 pm, still not come. I called again and the lady said she will check. Then 6 pm, still not come. I called again then I was explained that the drink will be delivered between 5 pm - 7 pm instead of deliver like a room service, that means if I order the drink at 5 pm, I could get the drink anytime between 5-7 pm, in the worst case, I could get it after two hours. I wish the reception could have explained to me the routine or at least the lady who received my order should explain.

the housekeeping only came in to the rooms 1 time a day so didnt clean room before sleeping !!! Chinese Restaurant used to be world class it was terrible food and no customers Club Lounge excellent staff and excellent srvice main reception refused late check out club lounge reception gave it with no questions

Ended up staying a day more. Spoilt for choice
