Dolphin Key Resort - Cape Coral

Nice location, was able to walk to several restaurants. Tiki bar next to pool so could get beverage to drink at pool.

Could not get into tiki bar restaurant for dinner as was extremely busy. However able to walk to a great pizza place.

The hospitality staff made our stay very enjoyable…the restaurant staff was par for the course.

Parking…HORRIBLE, the hotel should automatically have a parking space not the bar patrons.

Receptionist was very welcoming

Had bar on property, several bars/restaurants in walking distance. Check in staff was great.

It is old. Curtains didn’t block all lights from parking lot.

Location

The room could have been cleaner. The stairwell was messy, cigarette buds and smelled like cigarettes.

Walking distance to stores

Room was dirty. No towels were provided. No hot water. Toilet paper was so thin it fell apart trying to get it off the roll. Music at restaurant was so loud. Thin walls and no information about the resort offered in the room.

Pool and location.

Music at night was loud past a certain time would suggest booking a room facing street if u decide to go back to room by 8:30/9. Office is not staffed early and also closes early so issues/needs being taken care of are dependent on call in to after hours number.

Tiki Bar

All of the guest public areas were filthy. Room was clean when we arrived but we received no further attention from cleaning staff during our stay. Coffee was not replenished each day. Beds were not made each day. Towels were not replaced.

No one at the front desk after 5:00 each day. TV service was not good. Communication poor.
