parking et accessibilité des chambres

le rabat des toilettes était cassé, plus de papier toilette au matin et revoir la qualité et la propreté des distributeurs automatiques (étant de la partie les distributeurs n'étaient pas bien entretenus demande un cappuccino une buse était déviée donc eu que du café avec des morceaux indéterminés ) GROS POINT NOIR période de canicule et pas de clim

Je ne m'attendais pas à grand chose pour une chaine d’hotel comme celui ci. L’hôtel est vieillissant. Je l'avais choisi surtout pour le prix.

confort du lit

36 degres dehors, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. A ma reclamation on m'a dit " l'hotel est vieux". Il faut prendre une chambre au second étage (?)... Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Nous avions pris une chambre au rdc, pour plus de commodités pour nous.
