We like the location.

We had a downstairs room and there was a person upstairs who was walking back and forth alot through the night which kept us awake.

It is perfectly situated for walking to all the shops , restaurants and bars on 3rd ave. Cute and nostalgic hotel owned and family operated. Nice staff , decent nightly rates. An older hotel built in 1930 so it’s nothing fancy but it’s an experience that you should enjoy.

It could use some new carpeting and baseboards cleaned but it has character
