Bonjour, Je ne partagerai malheureusement pas mon expérience car il n'y avait malheureusement plus de personnel à la réception puisque c'est enregistrement automatique et il se trouve qu'il n'y avait pas mon nom. Nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel. De plus je ne sais même pas comment nous pouvons prétendre à un remboursement? Il est certain que je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel si je ne suis pas remboursé.
