Air con good, Car park good. Restaurant nearby

Customer service Requested an extra pillow to the two supplied in the room. Receptionist refused saying there was only two pillows allowed to each room. This is of course rubbish and a good example of an idle staff member with a bad attitude Didn't argue, I'm on holiday and I knew Booking.com would want a review
