It was cheap

We were given two different room keys but it turned out we only had one room. My friend dropped his bags in “his” room then we came back an hour or so later and the key didn’t work. Turned out there was another couple staying in that room and we needed to ask them nicely to get access for the bag and passport that had been stashed under the bed. A fun time had by all but if we’d found viable pints nearby it could have been a total shitshow.

Location was good and tbf, it was as clean as they could get it. It was a place to crash for a few hours before a long trip onwards

Wow... The place is literally falling down. There is building materials in the car park — what car park there is. The rooms are so small, you literally could not swing a cat. The room pass machine wasn't working which meant that one of us had to stay in the room at all times, or we'd be locked out! This had obviously been the case for a while, given the amount of dust on the machine. The toilet area must be 50yrs old. It wasn't dirty, but it really had seen better days including the toilet seat falling off!
