"L Horreur"

Une horreur, nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel , et n avons pas été remboursés. Une honte de proposer un tel établissement. 2 chambres pour 6 que nous n avons pas utilisés. De la moisissure, une odeur d humidité, des murs craqués....on nous a répondu qu ils étaient en rénovation, alors pourquoi louer ces chambres?????? Honteux.Honteux . Franchement nous ne sommes pas des clients qui ont l habitude de nous plaindre mais là😱😱😱😱😱Si nous pouvions être remboursés, cela changerait peut être notre avis. Car nous sommes allés au B&B juste à côté en expliquant notre situation et ont été très commerciaux, et nous ont trouvé 3 chambres de 2 et nous ont mème fait un geste commercial.
