"Client de cet hôtel pour la 5ème ou 6ème fois ce fut une déception même si l'hôtel est en travaux."

Emplacement pratique à proximité de la N 10 direction Bordeaux

Lors de ma réservation 2 jours avant mon séjour je n'ai pas été prévenu que l'hôtel était en travaux. Lors de mon arrivée vers 16H00 la borne d'accès aux réservations était HS. Lorsque j'ai règlé la chambre le réceptioniste ne m'a pas informé que le WIFI était HS pour plusieurs jours. L'état de la chambre + que moyen : plinthes cassées, traces de tartres nombreuses dans la douche, pas de bondes dans le lavabo, pas de balayettes pour WC. Le matin pour le petit déjeuner présence d'un chat couché sur une table (bonjour l'hygiene)

L'emplacement avec vue sur le parking et pour reprendre notre route le lendemain

Dans la chambre contiguë à la mienne(derrière la tête de lit) les gens parlaient très haut comme en journée!! Je suis arrivée fatiguée de ma route après minuit et je n'ai pas pu me reposer...
