Le prix Le personnel d'accueil très gentil (le monsieur du soir et la jeune femme du matin). Le fait d'avoir été écoutée (notre 1ere chambre sentait le tabac et il y avait un mouchoir sale sous l'oreiller !) La bonne isolation phonique vis à vis de la route (j'avais peur d'entendre les voitures)

La 1ere chambre (problème résolu rapidement) La mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres (des gens parlaient fort dans une chambre contiguë). Me fracasser le crâne sur le lit du dessus (oui, c'est noté, mais quand on se leve la nuit pour aller aux toilettes, on n'allume pas forcément la lumière...) La femme de chambre qui frappe une fois et ouvre la porte de la chambre sans attendre de réponse ! !

Chambre propre et literie confortable; Personnel très poli. J'avais prévenu d'une arrivée tardive et ils m'ont contacté quelques heures avant pour me communiquer le n° de réservation nécessaire pour le retrait de la clé à la borne.
