Se avete intenzione di visitare la Sicilia barocca non potete che scegliere come base questa masseria. È un piccolo angolo di paradiso a dieci minuti da Noto. Personale, location e cibo veramente eccezionali. Posizione ottima, abbiamo girato dal 16 al 23 agosto per tutta la sicilia orientale tenendo come base la Masseria degli Ulivi (che ormai chiamavamo "casa"). Super consigliata!!!!
La struttura è davvero eccezionale, recuperata con gusto in ogni minimo dettaglio. Ottimo il ristorante, che abbiamo provato la sera del nostro arrivo. Deliziosa la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!

La masseria si trova nella bellissima e tranquilla campagna tra Noto e Palazzolo Acreide; le camere sono ampie, arredate in modo semplice ma di buon gusto, dislocate in modo da garantire riservatezza a tutti gli ospiti. La colazione è di alta qualità, con prodotti del territorio: buon pane, ricotta, ragusano e pecorino con il pepe, olive, pomodori, miele dei Monti iblei, marmellata di pere della tenuta, croissant con crema di ricotta e tanta frutta sono le cose che abbiamo preso noi ma c'è molto altro (certo, e per fortuna, non ci sono wurstel o pancake...). Ottimo il ristorante, in cui abbiamo mangiato alla carta sia a pranzo che a cena per sei pasti in una settimana.
Fantastic hotel. We will be back. One small complaint is their breakfast staff. Too busy talking and absolutely no service awareness unlike the lunch and evening staff who were perfect. When ordering tea or coffee in the morning you really felt loved like you had to beg.
