This is a good value for money and well managed hotel in the countryside near Noto. A good base for touring the surrounding region.
Great hotel if you are looking for a place far from the madding crowd. An opportunity to discover another side of Sicily. Fantastic pool - great dinner menu. Very helpful staff Uncomfortable loungers, some intermittent noise from work in neighboring fields
We stayed here for a long weekend, the room was extremely clean and cool, simple decor but you don't need much when it's so gorgeous outside! The food is really good, we had lunch and dinner a couple of times and breakfast has a great variety of things to choose from. The pool is crystal clear and is in a lovely position surrounded by lawns and olive trees. We liked it so much that we are planning to go back next year!
This hotel is a real Gem, immaculately clean, attentive service and spectacular surroundings. Food is good, town is not too far away if you want to eat out (10mins). The grounds and pool are like a 5 star retreat and its reaonably priced £12 for main course, drinks same as UK. If youhave kids and want to go the beach there are several within 20-30 mins
It might be a bit out of Noto but its well worth the drive, an excellent venue with great regional food, expansive gardens and Bruno the guard dog.
Food average, small amts of food on plate and expensive. Coffee appalling- no milk served or spoon provided as matter of course! No tea coffee making service in rooms or fridge for minor snacks/food!
Lovely hotel with a big pool set amongst olive trees, good food, really helpful waiter with very good knowledge of reasonably priced Sicilian wines. The two story family room was perfect. We will return.
Perfect setting for leaving behind all worldly worries. Friendly, helpful and very efficient staff. A little more generosity in towels and toiletries without sacrificing environmental emphasis could be welcome as the nearest town center is quite far. I loved whatever little time I spent @ the Masseria despite the super noisy guests who used the pool for snorkel and diving training with their noisier children. But that's not the hotel's fault.
It is a delightful place with a fantastic swimming pool, a good restaurant and helpful staff. It was a relaxing and charming place to spend three days.
While this place is well off the beaten track it is well worth finding. It is a very relaxing place to stay and a great base point from which to venture out. The icing on the cake comes in the evening when you can retreat to the restaurant and enjoy some real culinary treats. The pride and passion the staff had about their food and wine was contagious.
