"Vacaciones para no recordar"

La atención de la señora que servía el desayuno.

Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque nos habían dado la última de un pasillo larguísimo con tres tramos de escaleras. Y la que nos dieron luego era tan pequeña que no había ni lugar para dejar las maletas. El desayuno era muy pobre. Es un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Location to ferry. Staff were professional, kind and helpful.

Bathroom too small. Beds were uncomfortable (hard)and pillows were lumpy. People too loud coming from roof top bar, late noise after 10 pm! The restaurant next door needs more variety such as light meals and not seafood options.No tea and coffee facilities or fridge in rooms.

"Breve ma piacevole sosta a Sorrento"

Posizione sul porto, comoda per venire e partire con il traghetto. Simpatico staff e buon servizio.

Tutto ok, un po' caruccio il roaftop e il bagno crea molta umidità lasciando gli asciugamani sempre bagnati. Ma niente di drammatico, tutto ok.

What an excellent boutique hotel!! Beautifully appointed decor. Great location close to ferries, city center, train, restaurant right on site. Gorgeous sea views, sunsets and rooftop pool / bar. Delicious coffee and breakfast. Staff couldn’t have been nicer especially breakfast/ bar staff Ana, Antonella, Vincente, Ciro any Cristina front desk. Restaurant next door is exceptional!! Michele and Hussain went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. HIGHLY recommend!! Looking forward to returning. Grazie Il Faro!!
