Abhiram and CJ are awesome! Everytime I come to this hotel they are warm, helpful, and professional. I’ve never been close to having a bad experience. I will always look forward to being here

Seba at the front desk was rude. There was a discrepancy with the rate quoted, and right away, she was defensive and rude. Finding a solution, or making the guest happy is not her concern. For this reason, as often I visit Family here, I will never return this place as the priority is not customer satisfaction but rather Pennies on the dollar. The Hilton Corporate office, however, is great and upheld the standard of Hilton properties. I think this location is privately owned, as the rooms were dated also.

Hotel is clean neat. Friendly service and welcoming. I had a little issue checking out early due to work schedule change but they eventually worked with me to get it fixed. Just was a little more painful than it should have been. Hence why 4 stars instead of 5

Abhi is hands down one of the nicest staff members at any hotel I have EVER stayed at. He is kind, knowledgeable, and literally took the time to make my pups feel welcome too. Wow! He is a KEEPER! Give that man a raise already! He deserves it!!!

The property was easy to get too. Loved the king room. Nice big king bed, bathroom was magnificent with glass shower doors and beautiful large sink and plenty of space to fit all your toiletries and etc. Had a desk and a lounge chair in the corner to watch TV. I enjoyed my stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Location was great for our trip. Breakfast was great.

I wanted to give a 5-Sat review because the Staff was amazing. I left my watch in the room when we left. I realized it on our drive home. I called the desk and he promptly went to my room and found it. He gave it to a family member who is going to mail it to me. I was so relieved. The cons were the hallways had no air conditioning. Luckily the rooms did but getting ready for our father’s funeral and then walking into that hallway was suffocating. Our bottom sheet was stained with what looked to be nail polish or makeup. Other than that everything was very clean.

The room was clean, quiet, comfortable , and the A/C disbursed cold air as a remedy for those hot days and nights. The Staff was friendly, accommodating, and engaging. Breakfast was fresh, and the area was excellent. Location was accessible to every activity on our itinerary.
