Lorsque je suis arrivé, le code de réservation ne fonctionnait pas ! Un autre client était dans le même cas que moi. Il nous a fallu appeler l'asssitance pour qu'une personne vienne nous ouvrir. Lorsque je suis entré dans la chambre, il y avait une mauvaise odeur. Il n'y avait qu'un robinet sur 2. J'ai eu bcp de mal à tourner ce qu'il y avait sous le robinet pour avoir de l'eau froide. Par ailleurs, dans la douche, les symboles d'eau (rouge et bleu) étaient inversés ! Enfin, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. J'ai entendu, mes voisins de chambre parler une partie de la nuit. Sans compter, que l'on entend, les voitures et les camions sur la route qui passe juste devant l'hôtel.

No hay ascensor. Iba con 2 bebes y maletas y tuve que subir 2 plantas. No había cunas
