Die Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Plaza de Espania und Metro 10. wir konnten auch unsere Koffer am Abreisetag im Hotel lassen.

Ein Wasserkocher für Kaffee oder Tee wäre schön gewesen.

The hotel and the location suited our needs very well. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. The access was great as my mum has mobility issues and she was comfortable getting to our room. The hotel had many restaurants and supermarkets nearby for everyday needs plus a pharmacy close by. Many nice locations close by such as the temple of Debod, Gran Via, the Royal Palace and the Almudena cathedral. The beds were very comfy and there was a nice view from the balcony onto the street. The bathroom was also very clean.

Our only complaints would be that the room was quite dusty underneath the bed and on the bedside tables which caused us discomfort at night. The bathroom sink was also partially blocked as it was very slow to empty and the shower ran out of hot water quickly. We were 3 in a room and if all showered one after the other, the last person was having a cold shower. The curtain for our room only just covered the doorway to the balcony so light entered the room at night. The doorway to our room had a gap at the bottom which light from the hallway entered. We resolved it by putting a towel at the bottom of the door. Both made it difficult to sleep. The rubbish was only taken from the small bin in the room. We put our excess in black bin bags but they were left in the room and not disposed of with the rest.
