The floor need repair fix the floor you can tell the floor old and needs replace

The floor need repair,,, stop being cheap and repair fix change the floor . It's look ugly for your guest .,, also you need phones in your rooms like normal hotels and motel still do I stay at alot of hotels and motels and even work at a hotel and we and they still have phones in the rooms to call the office
