The hotel staff, especially Van Duc, who always remembered our names, were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the river. The out side patio area of the roof top bar had 360 degree views, would definitely recommend you check this out as has the best views of Hue. Good sized pool, which was essential in the heat wave that we experienced. Breakfast selection was good. Would stay here again

The Imperial Hotel is fantastic - the architecture and the location is great. The rooftop bar has to have the best views in Hue. Adding to the whole experience is Van Duc. He is so knowledgeable, obliging and loads of fun. Nothing was too much for him, he even was incredibly hospitable to friends of ours who weren't guests but wanted to visit the Imperial. Awesome stay and vibe. Aroha Nui
