Beautiful views, very helpful and friendly staff, we stayed in a delux sea front room which had super comfortable big beds! There are lots of day trips to choose from at great prices too! Definitely recommend.

Presenting an unsurpassed, beautiful view of the Phang Nga Bay area, and a splendid pool area - although the sunbeds had no cushions - this hotel is isolated, and there are no nearby alternatives to their own restaurant. Sadly, several dishes from the menu were not available, and on more than one occasion meat, be it chicken or beef, was tough. That is a first for us in Thailand! Staff was friendly and attentive to point where it actually was too much and we felt under surveillance.

The staff didn’t believed that the poor wifi in the room I stayed at the first day. And staffs’ morale are very poor, too.

We were treated so well by the staff - absolutely amazing! And the views are to die for! For our 1 night stay it was perfect! If we were to stay longer, however, the bathroom needed a better clean (a lot of mould) and the breakfast was pretty basic.

Good location for jumping off for our sailing trip

Lovely first impressions. However the bathroom was filthy (we had little flies coming out of the overflow, mound etc) the pool water made our swimmers stink afterwards and the sun beds were the most uncomfortable we had encountered with metal bars right across your lower back. There were mainly bus loads of tours from China who didn’t dine at the hotel so dinner was a soulless experience. The Spa was shut and we were not informed of this prior to booking. We were sick from what we think was the food. At night it was very noisy, so if you want a relaxing break this certainly isn’t for you. We checked out early and went elsewhere. The staff however were charming, and the views were stunning, it just needs a full refurb ASAP

Stayed there for 10 night, friendly staff, a bit out of the way, so be prepared to spend money on transport, the beach is not the best, it’s at the bottom of a very steep hill, but the staff will drive you down and back up, wouldn’t recommend it, but views are beautiful, the hotel itself is very dated our room was really spacious but needed a coat of paint, as there were a lot of people staying for only 2-3 nights it was very noisy, doors banging, and traffic throughout the night. the meals took a while to arrive, when they did they were very tastey, would recommend trying the Thai dishes, the pizza was not the best. Would probably not stay there again.

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed. Very subpar room, facilities, no gym, dirty pool. We checked in for 2 hrs and got a cab out as soon as possible. Moved to Patong which was a much better experience. The staff was nice. Just horrible location, outdated and the beach!? What beach? It is a giant stinky mud field.

Ran down- Laundry Trolleys left outside of our room had to move them to open door. Very noisy early morning and late at night.
