"A bit sparse on supplies"

No coffee or water in lobby. Breakfast was empty and not replenished more than an hour before the end. The room was also sparse with beverages. Silverware wasn't clean but we only used a knife so not a big issue. On a big plus the pool hours are very good until 11pm

The bed was far too soft. We both woke up with aching backs. There is no good reason for the hotel to furnish rooms with terrible beds.

The carpet was wet for 4 days due to apparently being shampood. Maid service is only by request,otherwise they only do a "refresh" which is towels and trash taken out.

Very disappointed in housekeeping service. We had extended our stay to include another night and requested full housekeeping. We had already been there for four nights and wanted fresh sheets and a room tidy. Housekeeping had been requested twice previously and it was not done.
